Jo is a mobile application that allows our customers to subscribe to an account, rent, open, use and put back a car with their smartphone. Furthermore, this mobile application allows them to realize every step of a classical car rental such as verifying their identity through a driver license and ID OCR (automated recognition), paying the deposit 48 hours before the check-out, make a visual state of the car thanks to the camera, open the car with the smartphone (Bluetooth technology) and a virtual key, transfer the key on a magnetic card if they prefer to use it during their car rental, make the check-in state of the car at the end of it. The app is available both on AppStore and PlayStore.

Cancellation policy
In the case of cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, the Customer shall be repaid the amount of his or her rental, less cancellation costs of €50;
In the case of cancellation from 20 to 29 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, the Customer shall be repaid the amount of his or her rental, less cancellation costs corresponding to 20% of the total amount of the reservation, and in any event not less than €50;
In the case of cancellation from 7 to 19 days before the scheduled starting date of the rental, the Customer shall be repaid the amount of his or her rental, less cancellation costs corresponding to 50% of the total amount of the reservation, and in any event not less than €50;
No refund will be due for a cancellation less than 7 days before the rental start date or if the customer doesn’t rent the vehicle on the
reserved date and if he has failed to inform the Renter in writing in advance, except in cases of absolute necessity (death or illness with
proof of a descendant or direct ascendant, spouse). Administrative processing fees of 50 euros will remain due.
